This User Agreement governs access to and use of the TrebaGra website (https://trebagra.com.ua) and constitutes a public offer in accordance with applicable law.

1. General Provisions

1.1. TrebaGra is a set of automated web services available at https://trebagra.com.ua, designed to sell digital products.
1.2. User – a natural person who accepts the terms of this Agreement and uses the site’s services.
1.3. Registration – voluntary creation of an account by filling out a form with valid personal data.
1.4. Personal Account – a protected section of the site that allows the user to manage orders and preferences.

5. Liability

6.2. The Administrator may amend the Agreement, and changes will be published on the site.
6.3. All disputes are resolved through negotiation or as provided by law.
